Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals
- Manage SEO campaigns, including keyword research, writing title, meta descriptions, image alt tags, tech audits, reviewing content, monitoring keyword ranking, reporting, etc.
- Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Implement and manage paid search and display advertising campaigns, including setting up campaigns, creating ad copy, and optimizing for performance
- Manage the company’s website, including optimizing for search engines, updating content, and ensuring a positive user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo or similar tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush or similar tools
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Wix or similar platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software is an added advantage.
